The document provides instructions for students to interview their partner about a strange experience they had, and then present their partner's story to the class. It includes sample questions to ask during the interview such as where they were, how they felt, and who else was there. The document also provides vocabulary words related to strange experiences and emotions, examples of using past simple and past continuous tense, and a sample story told in dialog between two characters about a girl who saw her grandmother's deceased husband in the kitchen.

1. Carbohydrates
These are nutrients made up of sugars. Carbohydrates are found in food

as active will require less carbohydrates.

Proteins are required for growth and the building of muscles. A person should
take in about 70 to 80 g of protein every day. Protein is especially important for
growing children.

cooking oil, animal skin and nuts. Fats are a source of energy and are also
required for absorption of some vitamins (A, D, E and K) and maintaining
healthy skin and hair.
4. Dietary minerals

as fish, meat and vegetables. Examples of dietary minerals are copper, iron and
manganese. Dietary minerals are required for maintaining important life
processes such as aerobic respiration.
5. Vitamins
Vitamins are nutrients required to support various functions in our
bodies. They are required in very small amounts. Example of vitamins include
vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin K. Almost all food
sources contain some vitamins.
