DEFINITION OF THE TERM/AREA
• “Consciousness-Based Education“ is also called “Unified Field Based Education,“
• All knowledge emerges from consciousness — and in essence you are consciousness, Consciousness-Based
education connects everything you learn to the underlying wholeness of life. So each class becomes relevant,
because the knowledge of that subject is connected with your own inner intelligence.
• Through the Consciousness-Based, you also see how each field of study can be practically applied towards
solving the world’s problems — and you gain the tools to create a positive change in the world.
FOUR BASIC COMPONENTS OF CONSCIOUSNESS BASED EDUCATION
• Experience and study of consciousness;
• Study of the standard subjects in light of the knowledge of the full development of consciousness;
• Consciousness-Based principles of curriculum and instruction;
• Stress-free routine, healthy building, and harmonious, nourishing environment.
• Consciousness-Based education provides the missing two-thirds
of education. It offers a systematic technology—
the Transcendental Meditation® technique—to dissolve stress
and optimize brain functioning, to fully develop the knower,
and thereby optimize the process of knowing or learning.
