Challenge - Life Technologies Corporation is a global biotechnology tools company dedicated to improving the
human condition. In 2010, Life Technologies shifted to a consumer-directed health plan (CDHP) to help
reduce the impact of skyrocketing health care costs. Some of the challenges associated with the CDHP
rollout were plan understanding by the employees, health care decision-making and wellness program
utilization.
Program - In January 2011, Life Technologies implemented a health care management suite with Castlight
