This document provides casting details for the roles of Arabella, Jack, and Harriet in an upcoming production. It introduces Lois Jones to play Arabella due to her similar age and attributes. Jack Whowell is described as suitable to play Jack despite being older, because of his lively character. Poppy Williams is chosen to play Harriet as she has a completely different look than Lois, to illustrate their contrasting personalities as best friends. Lois is perfect for the role of Arabella as she is of a similar age and
obtains similar attributes such as her constant clumsiness. Lois also
lives just round the corner which is perfect as therefore there would not
be any filming delays or transportation issues, Lois is also a reliable
person. We have a meet the cast video which explains more about why we
have chosen Lois for the role.

4. Jack Whowell

Although Jack is 19 we still think he would suit the role as the male
protagonist because of his lively character and confidence and many
other male roles in comedy dramas play a younger part. Jack wont be
seen in person in our introduction as just his facebook page will be
featured at the end of the opening scene, illustrating his character
and the disequilibrium of the narrative. Jack is Millie’s brother
which also helps with permission and access with reliability.

6. Poppy Williams

We feel that Poppy is perfect for the role as Harriet, Arabella’s
best friend, as she has a completely different look to Lois which is
something we want to illustrate, as although in the narrative they
are best friends, these characters are complete opposites in the way
that Arabella is a tomboy who likes to be different and who has
personal attributes such as clumsiness and Harriet is the perfect
girly girl who likes to do the stereotypical female interests such
as painting her nails and reading fashion magazines, things Arabella
hates.

8. George Croxall is also going to be in the opening scene for just
a brief two seconds as the window cleaner that scares Arabella
when she returns to her room after a shower.
