I - Title of the case
- It is usually the name of the
company.
- Or sometimes the
description of a particular problem or
status of the company.

II TIME CONTEXT
This is usually the approximate time or
period when the case happened.
Just write say - from August to
December 1999.
Or sometimes it could be written the
summer of 2000.
Or if specific dates are provided just copy
them ie. January to June 2003.

III - VIEW POINT
Whose point of view you are considering
in order to analyze fully the case.. Ex.
Marketing Director, CEO etc.
If you are giving the case to your students
specify the area you want analyzed based
on the subject you are handling. Ex. Your
subject is Marketing Management so
specify marketing problems that they
should consider ONLY.

the case summary that have affected the
