OUR CURRENT STATE
 On our third year of implementing TDM
 Operating at 60% automation, working on automating the remaining
40% of manual testing today
What Sparked Our Journey
 ‘DATA problem’ always existed. Additional complexity was added by the introduction of the
new applications and connections to the various systems which made the situation impossible
 It used to take an army to build an environment and provision test data … complex,
cumbersome and costly
 Increasing pressure to provision test data without delay as soon as an environment is ready

 Built a team of Configuration Management,
Testing and Architecture rock stars
 Evaluated Oracle, Informatica and Grid-Tools
(now part of CA Technologies)

us to maintain a lean team of just 4 people

problem’ and decided to
