In 2013, Alfred Bagnall & Sons (Restoration) Ltd. was awarded a contract to refurbish the exterior of a terrace property in London, including brickwork repairs, stone cleaning, rendering repairs, window repairs, and repainting. The project involved restoring the front and rear facades as well as the light well. Scaffolding was erected on both sides to provide access for the restoration work. Bagnall & Sons managed the removal and replacement of pigeon netting on the building as part of the project.

In 2013 Alfred Bagnall & Sons (Restoration) Ltd. were
awarded the contract to refurbish the external front
facade, and the rear facade and light well, of a New
Cavendish Street terrace property between Regents
Park and Oxford Street.
The project included a variety of restorative elements
including; brickwork repairs & pointing, stone &
brickwork cleaning, rendering repairs, joinery repairs to
sash windows ensuring that all windows open & close
freely, and the redecoration of all previously painted
surfaces to an Akzo Nobel, Dulux specification.
Bagnalls also managed the removal & reinstatement of
pigeon netting & spikes to the building as part of the
project.
Fully boarded scaffolding was erected to both the front and
rear to maximise access and Bagnalls liaised with the
residents to gain access over the adjoining properties to
erect the rear facade scaffold.
