This letter summarizes the positive experience a property management company had with a recent lighting retrofit project completed by ESCO Energy Services Company. I wanted to tell you what a thoroughly enjoyable experience the recent lighting retrofit at Hedley
Park Place, Troy, NY was. Our facility, built in 1917 and comprised of230,000 square feet of
multi tenanted office space, is now energy efficient and looks like a brand new Class A building
due to the beautiful lighting specs provided by ESCO.
