- Step 1 is to identify the problem…methods including: 1on1, floor meeting, residents-talk, open discussion.
- 2. Look around for resources (incl. campus resources)..think creative solutions, think from multiple perspectives. Get help.
- 3. Gather the residents/people who are involved. Implement solutions that is decided. Be sensitive to residents’ reactions/responses/feedbacks.
- 4. Follow-up with the “aftermath.” Ask for feedback. Evaluate actions. (What is done well, what can be improved).
- Identify: problems with themselves or problem with floor? TALK TO RESIDENTS.
- 2. Look for possible solutions.
- Other group activities: outing/trips. Community council.
