1) A 20-year old male patient presented with severe pain in his right arm following a road accident two days prior. 2) X-rays revealed a proximal fracture of the right humerus bone. 3) The patient underwent an open reduction internal fixation surgery to reduce the deformity and restore the bone to its original shape using metal rods, screws, and plates. He is being treated with analgesics, antibiotics, anti-emetics and proton pump inhibitors.
