Most of you have probably seen this image before, showing productivity in the industry. If we look at an average of all industries we see a growth of 150% over the last 35 years. If you look at the construction industry, our productivity has dropped over the last 35 years by 20%
If you look at studies done about the degree of digitalization in our industry, we are always somewhere in the bottom of these lists.
Key priorities in our strategy for this year are:
pre-construction management, where we focus on design and work-preparation
Digitalisation
Harmonisation of our it landscape
And strengthening our business control, by standardizing our project dashboards
4D Simulation of the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
