The opening
ГЉtre et Avoir opens with a scene of tough labour work and living conditions in a rural farm,
followed by a montage sequence of a classroom with warm and cheerful dГ©cor. The warm interior
in contrast to the cold exterior emphasizes on the light and positive tone of the film, which
consequently helps to attract the viewers attention and keeps them engaged in the following
sequences.
Inspired by the opening sequence of ГЉtre et Avoir, we wanted to open the film with a train
