● En una Competición de Casos de Negocios para la Red de Concesionarios de
Automóvil a nivel Internacional, los equipos trabajan por encontrar la mejor solución
para una problemática planteada por una empresa.

Los equipos son evaluados por su nivel de información, de innovación y de entusiasmo.
Durante cada fase de la competición, el equipo va a dar un estudio detallado, sobre:
● Revisar el Business Case.
● Identificar y analizar las cuestiones clave del negocio.
● Desarrollar una serie de recomendaciones para el Business Case.
● Preparar una presentación atractiva para los jueces.
El Equipo, va a presentar sus ideas a un grupo de socios y líderes experimentados
dentro del Mundo del Automóvil. Los jueces escucharán su presentación y realizarán
preguntas, jugando el papel del cliente. Si su Equipo tiene un pensamiento innovador
podrá avanzar a través de las siguientes rondas de la competencia.
