This document provides information about the seven capital sins: pride, lust, anger, avarice, gluttony, envy, and sloth. For each sin, it lists behaviors, thoughts, and attitudes that exemplify that sin for both youth/lay people and children. It also includes prayers asking God for protection against each of the sins. The concluding part is a reflection on how Jesus was tempted with every sin yet remained committed to saving every soul, including our own.
