3. ONE GOD – THE TRINITY: We as Catholics believe in
one God, but that he is composed of three distinct
persons.
The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ, the son
of the Father, our
Savior.
The Holy Spirit is our helper, and he is the Spirit of
guidance and direction. The Spirit purifies us, gives
us repentance and helps us to have a good confession
and lead a holy life and helps us to become saints. It
is the same spirit who rose Jesus on the Easter day.

TITLE of GOD -
The holy one of Israel
➢ Jesus is called “the Holy One of God.”
➢ We are made holy because of our relationship
with Jesus. Jesus is the one who bridges the gap
between a holy God and sinful human beings.
➢ SIN is taken by SON (Jesus).
➢ Jesus is the one who makes us holy, enabling us
to stand in God’s presence and join the angels as
they sing “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord.”
➢Today we get the grace from Jesus through
the Sacraments in the church.

5. The 10 commandments- rules for a good Christian life
1. “I am the Lord your God, you shall not
have any other strange gods before Me.”
2.“You shall not take the name of the Lord
your God in vain.”
3. “Remember to keep holy the Sabbath
day.”
4. “Honor your father and mother.”
5. “You shall not kill.”
6. “You shall not commit adultery.”
7. “You shall not steal.”
8. “You shall not give false witness against
your neighbor.”
9. “You shalt not covet your neighbor’s
wife.”
10. “You shalt not covet your neighbor’s
goods.”

Tip: Love God, Trust in God, spend time with God like a
friend/father. Ask God to give a special experience of Him.

sacrifice that and give the money to a poor person or offer it in the church.

Tip : Next time your friend has a trouble, stand for the truth, and speak truth.

Tip : Ask your parents the date of their marriage. Pray to God for their
marriage, and also start praying for your call/vocation.
