Campaign Matrix What is the Campaign Matrix The Campaign Matrix allows MARKETING EVENTS to be associated with activities inside the bConnected platform.  By properly establishing your marketing events through the campaign matrix the bConnected platform will establish a  DIRECT  relationship between marketing events  AND  agent activities/outcomes. The campaign matrix enables an agent to be prompted with information when receiving a call that relates to a specific event; this enables custom scripting to be read to the caller, a different sales presentation to be used, etc.
Campaign Matrix How is the Campaign Matrix Setup Each entry in the Campaign Matrix (line item) is considered a LEAD SOURCE.  At a minimum each Lead Source REQUIRES a unique combination of  DNIS  and  800 number .  The number of total LEAD SOURCES vary by client; some may have a single lead source, others have hundreds.  This is driven by your need for visibility to marketing events.  The Campaign Matrix is maintained through a spreadsheet, enabling easy editing and transmission of the data

Campaign Matrix Agent to Lead Source Relationship Each Lead Source, once established, will need to be associated with an Agent Group, which can consist of one or more agents. Lead Source relationships are critical for ALL lead sources; these relationships control  which  agent(s) are able to handle a certain record inside the platform. These relationships are crucial when dealing with Affinity Relationships/Partnerships that  require  a different skill set, scripting, licensing, etc in order for an agent to properly assist the customer.
Campaign Matrix Structuring  “Your”  Campaign Matrix Identify the LEVEL of visibility that you are looking for when assessing return on marketing dollars, conversion performance, etc. If you choose to break your marketing events out, for example, by specific television channel – remember you will need a unique  DNIS and 800 #  for each entry in your campaign matrix  You will need to comply with the standard bConnected campaign matrix template that will be provide by Connextions
Campaign Matrix Summary The campaign matrix is a VERY powerful tool enabling  accurate  and systematic assignment of marketing events to agent activities. You, as an organization, have the ability to identify HOW detailed or granular you want your events to be broken down. The matrix is the cornerstone for the relationships between marketing events and agent activities in the bConnected platform.
