Gives the option for browsers on your website to choose their
preferred type of callback.
       - Email: routed via email server

       - Call : a virtual call is made into the relevant Skillset, a
          callback is initiated when an agent is free

• Inbound Callback
Customer are given the expect wait time and the option to receive a
callback.

- Phone number in international format “ + “
- Choose “Email Me” or “Call Me”
- “Email Me” is same as current “Send”

“Call Me” generates a Q4U call in to an
agent with screen pop.

The pop contains all the
information from the query form
including the query text itself.
