He currently serves as the Maintenance Manager at the Air Force Inns in Travis Air Force Base, where he oversees maintenance for 561 guest quarters across 17 buildings. Previously, he held several project management and estimator roles for private plumbing and contracting companies. Calise also spent 4 years in the United States Air Force, where he received multiple achievement awards for his work. He is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix.

leader to the 1610th
ALSGP. Here I was responsible for enforcing contracts with several 5 star hotels for
personnel to live in while assigned to Cairo. It was here that I was awarded one of my Achievement Medals. This
medal is accompanied by a citation which states “While managing the monthly $300,000.00 contract hotel
services, any and all issues and or problems between Air Force personnel and the local workers at these
establishments were quickly resolved due to the close working relationship between Airman Calise and the
contractors/local workers”.
Managed the base linen exchange facility. During this time, I was awarded another Air Force Achievement Medal
for “Meritorious Service”. This medal is accompanied by a citation which states “As the Manager of the Base Linen
Exchange Facility, Airman Calise superbly handled over $200,000.00 in monthly expenditures. He developed a
simplified way of tracking and controlling by eliminating cumbersome forms and creating spreadsheets leading to
accurate accountability”.
