The Problem The problem in the market today is that the major coffee company's are so large and competitive, that the focus has shifted from the customer and gone to making a profit. The demand for specialty coffee is ever growing and I want to fill that demand and also provide an unforgettable customer experience.  I talked to a customer that felt like just another face, another five dollar bill, another cup of old coffee. They felt ignored and average, like they were nothing special and that the goal was just to get their money. I want to remove this expectation from the customers eyes and create a truly unique experience for each individual that comes into my cafe.
