communication gap between the management and
worker of the organization.
• by understanding various factors that act as
communication barriers .
CHARACTER SKETCH
• Narrator - Customer service group Manager @AEC (Aluminum
Elements Corporation), young (26 years old),messenger for the
office to floor shop communication, enthusiastic and understanding
in nature.
• George - Vice President @AEC , Strict manager, Egoistic
• John - worked on Aluminum slitter , hard working , innovative and
well experienced
• Tony - worked on machine next to John, nagging nature
• Lesley – recently hired engineer from Russia, complaining nature
