Everyone loves juicy and fragrant banana cake in summer and winter alike. It is ideal for a picnic, because it can be easily taken with you without crumbling. But it is also a great companion for a coffee or tea.
1. Ingredients:
Butter - 200 gm
Sugar Powder - 250 gm
Eggs - 4 (in No.'s)
Maida - 200 gms.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Butterscotch Essence - 1/2 tsp.
Butterscotch Nuts – ½ cup
Method:
Preheat Oven at 200 degree
Grease Baking Tin with butter
Seive Maida and Baking Powder. To this, add Butterscotch nuts and coat the nuts with
seived Maida, Keep it aside
Beat butter till it get fluffy
Next add sugar powder and beat again till it gets fluffy .
Remember while beating butter and sugar that you can beat how much ever u need. But
after adding eggs don't overbeat because it will get curdled
Now add eggs one by one and add Butterscotch Essence
Now add in the seived Maida, Baking powder and Butterscotch Nut mixture
Fold in the mixture gently . After folding , mix it with beater for 1 minute.
Bake in a Greased tin at 180 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.
