This document presents research on identifying problems between employees and customers in the hotel industry. The objective is to provide clean and welcoming surroundings for customers. Variables that will be examined include employees and customers. Descriptive research like questionnaires and interviews will gather data from customers on their problems and from employees on difficulties in the workplace. Analytical research will analyze the collected data to identify issues. Applied research solutions could include redesigning systems, increasing employee numbers, purchasing new equipment, and allowing new methods.
