Looking for Business Development Manager for
Jamshedpur and Mumbai
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Science or engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years of industry experience
in sales, product management.

Reporting Structure:
• Solid-line: Director –Strategic Marketing
• Dotted-line: Product Managers
Goal of position (Why was this position created?)
Achieve the budgeted revenue for defined market segment.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for business development for metal working fluids and fluid care business
• Implementing quarterly and annual sales programs, plans, and policies for above product segments.
• Analyse market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on
analysis and feedback
• Management of new opportunities, including routine contact i.e. discern service concerns, forecast future
activity, expand service offering, and explore new opportunities within existing clients/new clients.
• Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients

Client: A US MNC, one of the world's largest and longest established suppliers of specialist
industrial metalworking fluids, fluid management systems and services.
It has Offices, manufacturing and research facilities in more than 50 locations around the world
