This document provides a report on a charity drive event organized by a group of students. The group decided to sell roses and Softsrve ice cream, donating all profits to the Paws Animal Welfare Society. Softsrve Ice Cream agreed to sponsor ingredients and materials for the ice cream in exchange for a portion of profits above $3,100. The group analyzed competitors, set prices, developed promotion strategies, and distributed products on campus and to online orders. Through sales of roses for $10 each and ice cream for $7-9, the group raised $3,579 in profits to donate.
