Problem-Solving Meeting-most often variables of
the problem, solution, benefit, and action steps
occur
Methods of solving problems in meetings
1. Background Analysis
 State the problems or questions in an affirmative tone
 Define and limit the problem
 Collects facts on the history of the problem
2. Solution Discovery
 Establish Criteria
 List possible solutions
