4. Jacket Potatoes
They are quite big since one or two at most should be enough for your
lunch or dinner.
The best and the quickest way to make a jacket potato is to stab it with a
fork a few times, put it on the plate and put it into the microwave for
10-15 minutes .Then take it out cut it in and put a little bit of butter in,
roll the skin on the salt and put it in the pre-heated oven for 5 more
minutes. You can have it with what ever filling you want: tuna, cheese,
cheese, beans, egg mayonnaise, etc.
5. SANDWICHES
Sandwich was invented by the Earl of Sandwich. Legend goes
that he was too busy for a meal and to ensure that he didn’t
have to stop playing (and we like to think that he wanted to
keep his hands clean for the cards), he asked his servant for
meat to be put between two slices of bread.

14. Fudges
It is made by mixing sugar, butter and milk and heating it to
116 C, and then beating the mixture while it cools so that
it acquires a smooth, creamy consistency. Many
variations with other flavorings added are possible.
