About Brilliance
Established in 2003. One of the pioneer in high power LED commercial
lighting brand promoter and technology solution provider
Brilliance Technologies is a technology company focuses in high power
LED lighting solutions, LED horticultural developments, and algea growth
technologies.
Brilliance owns and licensed 25 patents in the field of SPD technology,
algea growth and CSP technology.
Brilliance set up first solely owned China production site in 2006. China

SPD Flash LED Invesment Roadmap
• Investment Goal: To set up a JV company for SPD LED R&D center
(for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation SPD lightsource), and production
facility for supplying to smartphones, tablet, and TV backlight
manufacturers in China.
• JV Company Share Holding: Briliance owns 55%, Investor owns 45%
• Investment Needed: Approx USD16 million total. Stage 1 fund
infusion: $8 million by Jan 15th, 2015; Stage 2 fund infusion: $8
million by Sept 30th, 2015
• Target Smartphone makers: Sony, Nokia, Xiaomi, Huawei, Lenovo
and Apple. Will received Xiaomi approval on Jan 10th, 2015.

Algea Bio-Fuel Photo Reactor Application

Algea Bio-Reactor Project Background
Bio-fuel and other bio-mass can be extracted from high lipid algea
and converted to kerosine/jet biofuels or bio-diesel. Due to
current algea growth technology limitations, algae can not be
grown at a fast and high volume rate.
Brilliance noticed the market opportunity and developed a few
advanced photo-bio reactor IPs and are able to grow algea in a
vertical reactor system and our technology is enable algea to grow
up to 50 times faster in a controlled environment compared to the
growth speed in uncontrolled natural environment.
We are seeking investment partner(s) for this APB technology to
commercialize the bio-fuel reactors, growth formulae, algea
bio-mass for food, and/or finish products (i.e. protein extracts
for cosmetics and pharmaceutical companies, kerosine /jet
biofuels and bio-diesel for airlines and other energy companies)

APB Algea Reactor Feasibility Test
Experimental operations were executed in 3x 20m³ basins
at a farmer location with a biomass reactor for cattle
feed. The reactor is a closed LED photosynthesis system.
The energy balance related to the economic output is
