This document summarizes the activities of a Brazilian organization called Moleque de Ideias that provides a space for children ages 4 and up to develop their own ideas and projects. Over 1500 children have participated in the organization over 17 years, working on projects related to sustainability, food production, craft brewing, and more. The organization focuses on fostering diversity, conversation skills, and trust by listening to each child's desires and letting them organize themselves with adult guidance rather than direction.
