• Strong history on IBBT collaboration
• Active with IBBT since day -100 (2004)
• Co-creator of IBBT - project “1” : COPLINTHO

3. Nice (Good?) practical experiences
• Proposal writing
• Latest version on MyBBT (put there by integrator)
• Store in version domain (one location only !)
• Track changes & mail to integrator
• Project startup
• Logos
• Publications/accepted & publications/submitted
• Sub WP mailing lists
• Create “new work package” & move to other location

4. Nice (Good?) practical experiences
Directories with restricted access (ltd visibility)

5. Don’t overestimate skills of the users !
• ICT skills
• password
• upload in correct directory
• Wiki page creation,
is not common knowledge!

6. User gap, especially “industry partners”
• Not everybody opens it every day
• Respect their tools:
• accept meeting AND copy in own calendar (tedious, errors)
• Remove person from meeting
• Bandwidth
• Can be very limited
• Company policies
• E.g. no use of skype
• Redirect from mail does not work always on all browsers
• Trick: log in to MyBBT before clicking the mail link…

7. User gap, especially “industry partners”

8. Formal reports & follow up
• Formal follow up needed
• Project lead has to ask/force all info into MyBBT
• Keep mailing lists up to date
• Need for more details on procedures
• Which reporting goes where ?
• M3, Q1 (project year or calendar year ?)
• What gets transferred to formal reporting ?
• Who approves
• Publications ?
• Reporting !!!
• What reporting was accepted/processed by IBBT/IWT ?
