BREAD AND PASTRY
PRODUCTION
PREPARED: JENNY ROSE M. AGUSTINO
MIXING BOWL- used for all ingredient.
 WOODEN SPOON- used for mixing and stirring flour
mixture.
 RUBBER SCRAPPER- used for mixing and scraping
mixture on side of a bowl.
 BAKING PAN-used for baking cakes.
 SPATULA-used for leveling ingredients.
 BAKING SHEET-used for baking cookies.
 FLOUR SIFTER- used in sifting dry ingredient such
as flour and sugar.
 MEASURING SPOON- used for measured small amount
of ingredients.
 DOUGH CUTTER- used for cut the dough.
 DRY MEASURING SPOON- is a set of marked cups used to
measure dry ingredients, such as flour and sugar. They are
either made of plastic aluminum, or stainless steel.
