3. Brazos Transit District (BTD) is a general public
transportation provider. BTD was founded in 1974 and
served the seven counties of the Brazos Valley. We now
serve sixteen counties in Central and East Texas covering
over 13,000 square miles with a population of over 1
million people.
BTD is a political subdivision of the Great State of Texas
and receive funding through the Federal Transit
Administration (FTA), and the Texas Department of
Transportation (TxDOT).

7. FIXED ROUTES
Travel the same path every hour on the
hour, beginning and ending at the transfer
point.
You may board the bus anywhere along
the route so long as you are on the same
side of the street as the entrance of the
bus.
Blinn & TAMU Students ride our Fixed
Routes for FREE with current Student ID.
All buses are ADA accessible.
Exact Change or ticket is required. Driver’s
do not make change.
8. SENIOR & DISABLED PASSES
The pass entitles you to pay only $0.75 on the fixed routes (regular price $1.50).
Must be shown each time you board the bus.
Only for fixed routes located in BCS, Cleveland, Lufkin & Nacogdoches.
The passes do not apply for Demand & Response or ADA Paratransit Service.
Applications for S-Pass (65 yrs. of ago or older) or a D-Pass (disabled) can be mailed to you by

A shared ride, origin to destination
service offered to those who cannot
access the Fixed Routes due to a
disability.
Designed to assist those qualified
individuals who are unable to get to or
from the system, or to board, ride,
navigate, or disembark from the fixed
route vehicles, which are fully accessible.
Have an origin and destination within ¾ of
a mile of the Fixed Routes.
Appointments can be made up to seven
days in advance and up to next day
service. Some restrictions may apply
based on time and space availability.
