when it comes to the subject of races, the fight between racist Americans and
oppressed people of color ,have made a mark in American history through the Jim
Crow era. Jim Crow, or Jump Jim Crow, was the name of a minstrel practice
performed in 1828 by its author, Thomas Dartmouth ( Daddy ) Rice, and by many
imitators. The term came to be a derogatory epithet for blacks and a designation of
their segregated life. During the Reconstruction era, carpetbaggers from the north
moved to the South and formed a coalition with freedmen (freed slaves) and whites

In this article, The Sting Of Intentional Pain by Kurt Gray and Daniel M. Wegner
they offer an inside account of how intentional pain actually causes more pain than
unintentional pain. These authors prove this through an experiment where forty three
people came together, and were met with a study partner called a confederate . These
individuals were then moved to individual rooms where they would be administered
simple psychophysical test but primarily a discomfort assessment.

and is essentially the change that occurs to the cell size because of the amount of
water pushed into or pulled out of the cell by each type of fluid. Isotonic fluids, such

shrink a cell because their osmolality or pressure equals ICF. Hypotonic solutions,

compassion fatigue by studying emergency room personnel. It was defined as, a
unique form of burnout that affects individuals in caregiving roles (Lombardo Eyre,

The clothing of the Chippewa Indians was oftentimes made of animal skin. The
