Before I start can I ask how many of you blog? How many are on Twitter?
I’m going to share my story and what I’ve learned and hopefully you’ll be able to use these insights
And also some tips I’ve learned in the past few years through my jobs doing social media
I want you to be selfish – this lunch is about you and getting the information you want so please ask questions.
I was unexpectedly laid off and used my relationships via social media to network myself into a new one.
With all marketing campaigns you should start with an objective, create a strategy and then determine the best tactics. It’s very tempting to jump in and start using social media tools because they are fun and new and free! But it’s important that it makes sense for your brand, aligns with your objectives and resonates with your audience. You need to start out with a clear goal.
