और किसी अन्य ब्रांड िे प्रोडक्ट बेच
रहे हैं, तो आपिो ब्रांड िे स्टरम्प िे

कसग्नेचर िे सरथ उनिे ऑकिकसयल
लेट्रहेड पर ब्रांड से ऑथोररइज़ेशन
लेट्र शेयर िरनर होगर।
• FMCG सेलसस िे कलए - FSSAI,
AYUSH, डर ग लरइसेंस जैसे लरइसेंस
िी ज़रूरत होती है

आपिो इनमे से किसी एि डॉक्यूमेंट् िो

a. Certificate of incorporation
(यकि लरगू हो)
b. मैन्युिै क्चररांग कडक्लेरेशन
c. ब्रांड लोगो किखरते हुए
प्रोडक्ट/पैिे कजांग िी सैंपल इमेजेज
d. FMCG सेलसस िे कलए - FSSAI,

िरतर है। ट्रेडमरिस एक्ट, 1999 िे तहत ट्रेडमरिस रकजस्टडस हैं, और कनयमो िर उल्लांघन होने पर ट्रेडमरिस ओनर
िे स्सखलरि लीगल एक्शन हो सितर है (उल्लांघन िे बररे में नीचे बतरयर गयर है)
• कनचे िु छ mandatory चेक्स किए हुए हैं जो ट्रेडमरिस डॉक्यूमेंट् िी ऑथेंकट्कसट्ी िो मरन्य िरतर है :
Trademark Number
हर ट्रेडमरिस में एि कवकशष्ट ट्रेडमरिस िोड
होतर है, कजसिे द्वररर हम ट्रेडमरिस डॉक्यूमेंट्
िी ऑथेंकट्कसट्ी िो ट्रैि िर सिते हैं
Status
यह ट्रेडमरिस डॉक्यूमेंट् िे िरांट् स्टेज िो किखतर है।
जैसे िीFormality Check Fails, Objected,
Abandoned, Refused, Opposed, Removed,
Withdrawn And Registered
Brand Name/ logo
यह आपिे ब्रांड यर आपिी कवकशष्ट कबज़नेस
आइडेंकट्ट्ी िी पहचरन िरतर है

ब्रांड ऑथोररइज़ेशन लेट्र सेलर द्वररर किसी स्पेकसकिि ब्रांड िे कलए कियर जरतर है. यह आपिो उसी ब्रांड यर आवश्यि
ब्रांड िे कलए औथोररइज़ िरने िे कलए आपिो पूरर अकधिरर प्रिरन िरतर है।
कनचे िु छ mandatory चेक्स किए हुए हैं जो आपिो ऑथोररइज़ेशन लेट्र में मेंशन िरनर होगर
• Brand’s letterhead
ब्रांड ऑथोररइज़ेशन िो िे वल ऑथोररइज़्ड कसगनट्ोरी और ब्रांड स्टैम्प इांप्रेशन से कसग्नेचर िे सरथ स्वीिरर किए जरने वरले ब्रांड / ब्रांड लेट्रहेड द्वररर
सकट्सकििे ट् पर कियर जरतर है .
• Validity period
ऑथोररइज़ेशन िर समय लेट्र में स्पष्ट रूप से मेंशन होनी चरकहए
• Brand Name/Logo
यह आपिे ब्रांड यर आपिी कवकशष्ट कबज़नेस आइडेंकट्ट्ी िी पहचरन िरतर है
• Company name
कजसिे नरम से ट्रेडमरिस जररी कियर गयर है

8. ब्ाांड ऑथोराइज़ेशन पॉकलसी
हमररर ब्रांड ऑथोररइज़ेशन प्रोसेस और वेररकििे शन प्रोसेस िरिी सख्त है तरकि िोई भी गलत/ ख़ररब / बेिरर
क्वरकलट्ी िे प्रोडक्ट्स हमरे िस्टमसस ति न जरए और हमररे प्लेट्िरमस पर िोई भी ब्रांड infringement नर हो .
इकसलए, Paytm Mall पर सेल्ल िरने िे कलए ब्रांड ऑथोररइज़ेशन और ओनरकशप डरक्यूमेंट््स िी ज़रूरत होती है.
िोई सेलर अगर सबकमट् नई िर पर रहर है यर उसिर वेररकििे शन िे ल हो जरतर है तो उसे Paytm Mall पर ब्लॉि
िर कियर जरतर है कजससे िी वो सेल नर िर परए

9. ब्ाांड ऑथोराइज़ेशन पॉकलसी
ट्ाइप डॉक्यूमेंट्ेशन वेररकफिे शन
Paytm Mall will verify the authority letter from the brand. The brand
may choose to reject the same if -
The authorized signatory is not correct or the letter is fake
The brand has authorized limited partners for ecommerce
or Paytm Mall
Given letter is not valid anymore due to changes in the
brand policies
The brand authorization document must be valid for at
least the next 60 days at the time of raising the request
In a few cases, Paytm Mall may ask the seller to produce additional
documents or details like -
Trademark number of the brand
Product/Packaging sample images
Brand website & contact person email ID
In a few cases, Paytm Mall may measure the quality/customer
service parameters of the brand. Paytm Mall may reject the
seller's application based on these quality parameters
Mandatory-
A valid Brand Authority letter on the
brand letterhead clearly stating the
authority to sell online/ecommerce
or on Paytm Mall and signed by the
authorized signatory of the brand.

Paytm Mall will verify the Trademark
a. Trademark in following stages, referred as a negative stage, is
not accepted. It will be considered only if it moves from current
stage to any of the positive stage (defined in next section)
Negative stage: Formalities check failed, Refused, Abandoned,
Withdrawn and Removed
b. Trademark in following stages, referred as a positive stage, is
accepted and are considered for account/brand creation request.
Positive stage: New Application, Send to Vienna Codification,
Formalities check pass, Marked for the exam and Registered
c. If a Trademark is in Objected or Opposed stage; an additional
amendment document will be required
In some cases, Paytm Mall may ask the seller to send product
samples to Paytm office location
Paytm Mall may measure quality/customer service parameters of
the brand. Paytm Mall may reject seller's application based on these
quality parameters.
Mandatory -
Brand Ownership documents –
Self-declaration of brand ownership
in the Paytm Mall format or
Trademark details. Trademarks in
all stages are passed except for
negative stages (rejected, removed,
abandoned, withdrawn)
Product/Packaging sample images
showing brand logo

For FMCG sellers - related licenses

In a few cases, Paytm Mall may measure the quality/customer
service parameters of the brand/distributor. Paytm Mall may reject
the seller's application based on these quality parameters

b. An All-India agreement between
the brand & the distributor
clearly stating that the distributor
is authorized to assign re-sellers
for online sales
