What is the Legislative ?
           
* Made up of the congress and government agencies.

* Article 1 of the constitution established this branch and gave congress
the power to make laws.

* Congress has two part: Senate and House of Representatives.




 •   Say yes or no to any treaties the president   •   Start laws that make people
     makes.                                            pay taxes.
 •   Say yes or no to any people the president
                                                   •   Decide if a Gov. officials be put
     recommends for jobs.
 •   Can hold a trial for a Gov. official.             on trial before the Senate.

* This branch makes sure the laws of the United States are obeyed.

* The President is the head of this branch.

* The President gets assistance from the vice president,
department heads and independent agencies.

* Made up of the court system.

* The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land.

* Article 111 of the constitution established this court and all

they are applied, and whether they break the Constitution.
