Brain Computer Interface is a fastest growing emerging technology, in which researchers aim to build a direct channel between the human brain and the computer. Direct communication pathway between an enhanced or wired brain and an external device. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation in 2016, In India out of the 121 Crore population, 2.68 Crore persons are 'disabled' which is 2.21% of the total population which is more than the entire population of Australia. Most of the productive youngsters and young generation are mainly affected by this problem. People who are using wheelchair require secondary assistance to carry out their basic and daily activities, this greatly reduces their self esteem and will power. Our product solution gives high benefit on the low-cost handicapped wheelchair. Mostly, It will enables the youngsters/others to make work on their own without dependency.

Singapore National EHR -- Adaptive Architecture for Transformation and Innova...Peter Tan
This document summarizes the Singapore National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) system and the adaptive enterprise architecture approach used for its transformation and innovation. It provides context on Singapore's population and healthcare system. It then describes the NEHR strategy to achieve integrated, connected, adopted, and optimized healthcare through electronic health information exchange. The adaptive enterprise architecture is operationalized through collaborative governance processes and a repository to support ongoing NEHR refresh, new initiatives, and extending architecture to new business areas as needed.
This document discusses validating AI for use in healthcare. It notes that AI has the potential to save $150 billion annually in the US healthcare system. However, ML is not perfect and early collaboration with medical experts is important. A case study describes how an AI system to help with Glasgow Coma Scale scores missed the mark because it was not validated with a medical team. The document outlines "Five Golden Rules" for developing healthcare tech, including identifying real problems, validating clinical relevance, competence of the development team, marketability, and scalability. It stresses the importance of bringing clinical teams in early for collaboration.
This document discusses how artificial intelligence is being used in healthcare for more accurate and faster diagnosis of medical conditions. It explains that AI can assist doctors in diagnosis or even make diagnoses independently using machine learning. The technology is being implemented in hospitals using diagnostic AI that can offer suggestions to doctors. While initial costs are high, AI is expected to save billions and greatly increase the efficiency of diagnosis. It predicts that AI will be widely used in healthcare by 2025 to benefit patients through reduced costs, more accessible care, and better outcomes.
The Barriers to Military Healthcare Technology Innovation and What We Can Do ...Shahid Shah
This briefing was presented at the Military Electronic Healthcare Records Symposium in Washington DC. It answers the following questions:
* Is disruptive innovation in military healthcare technology possible?
* What does innovation in military healthcare mean?
* Where are the major areas in military healthcare where innovation is required?
The document discusses how artificial intelligence is being used increasingly in many aspects of everyday life and industry. It also explores how AI can transform various sectors like healthcare by augmenting human decision making and automating repetitive tasks. While some jobs may be replaced by automation, the document suggests that most jobs will evolve as certain tasks are taken over by machines, leading to a shift towards more complex cognitive work.
IRJET- An Ameliorated Methodology of Smart Assistant to Physically Challenged...IRJET Journal
This document presents a proposed system for an improved smart assistant for physically challenged persons using the Internet of Things. The system would provide an intelligent wheelchair with accident and fall detection, live tracking via GPS, and an emergency alert button. It aims to increase independence and safety for disabled users. The wheelchair would detect if the user falls using an accelerometer sensor and notify caregivers or emergency services. It would also allow caregivers to view the wheelchair's real-time location through a mobile app. The system aims to reduce accidents and response times to help physically challenged people.

Overall life span (LS) was 1671.7±1721.6 days and cumulative 5YS reached 62.4%, 10 years – 50.4%, 20 years – 44.6%. 94 LCP lived more than 5 years without cancer (LS=2958.6±1723.6 days), 22 – more than 10 years (LS=5571±1841.8 days). 67 LCP died because of LC (LS=471.9±344 days). AT significantly improved 5YS (68% vs. 53.7%) (P=0.028 by log-rank test). Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).

9. Problem Statement
Brain Frequency Based Handicap Wheelchair
9
• Most of the productive youngsters and young
generation are mainly affected by this
problem
• People who are using wheelchair require
secondary assistance to carry out their basic
and daily activities, this greatly reduces their
self esteem and will power
10. Proposed Solution
Brain Frequency Based Handicap Wheelchair
10
• Our product solution gives high benefit on the
low-cost handicapped wheelchair
• Mostly, It will enables the youngsters/others
to make work on their own without
dependency

Flow Diagram
• Signal Acquisition
First thing we need is some raw EEG
data to process. This data is usually not
clean so some preprocessing steps are
needed
• Signal Preprocessing
The application of filters are applied,
such as a high-pass filter and low pass filter
13. “
Flow Diagram
• Feature Extraction
We can apply complex automatic
processing algorithms that allow us to
extract ‘hidden’ information from EEG
signals.
• Signals Classification
For instance, all brain-computer
interface systems follow this common
scheme, in which the classification step
is performed in order to decide what the
user is thinking.

• Control Actions
According to our output algorithm
the control of our wheelchair is achieved
• Output(Wheelchair Motor)
Finally the EEG taught for
directions of wheelchair is precisely
controlled with sensor braking system
16. Preprocessing Tool
Brain Frequency Based Handicap Wheelchair
16
• EEGLAB provides an interactive graphic
user interface (GUI) allowing users to
flexibly and interactively process their high-
density EEG and other dynamic brain data
using independent component analysis (ICA)
and/or time/frequency analysis (TFA), as
well as standard averaging methods.
