In 1988, he decided to set up the BPPM consultancy firm, now BPM ExecutiveSearch, of which
he is the founding partner.
Professional experience
Having studied Economics in Barcelona, he moved to Madrid as President of AIESEC, the
International Association of Economics Students, later becoming the Association’s international
Advisory Counsellor.
Ever since he began to work in ELIDA GIBBS (UNILEVER), where he spent over four years,
Tino’s vocation has always been geared to Marketing and Advertising. After a short period as
Marketing Manager at POLYGRAM RECORDS, he joined GILLETTE, eventually becoming
Director of the Toiletries Division. Two years later, he took over as Managing Director of
FOOTE, CONE & BELDING Barcelona.
Prior to founding BPPM, he was Managing Director of the MONDADORI Publishing Company.

Professional experience
A Moroccan-born Spaniard, he studied in Spain and the UK, graduating in Economics and
Statistics from the University of Salford, Manchester.
Interested from the outset in the world of Marketing and Advertising, he joined the DELVICO
advertising agency, where he remained for 23 years. He handled clients in every sector:
Consumer Goods, Distribution, Services, the Motor industry,... After 10 years, he took over the
role of Managing Director of the Madrid office, and was appointed CEO 4 years later. In 1993, he
led the merger between two of the group’s agencies: BSB and DELVICO BATES.

In 1999, he joined S,C,P,F, ... as Partner and CEO.

Tony has been a Consulting Partner in BPM ExecutiveSearch since 1998.
Professional experience
Dutch by birth, he studied Economics at the University of Louvain (Belgium) and began his
career in London, as Product Manager for AIRPLUS.
In 1989, he came to Madrid and joined PUBLIESPAÑA, a company selling advertising space in
different media such as Tele 5, ETB, TVG, ..., where his career in sales began and where he
became Supervisor of a Sales Team.
In 1992, as ANTENA 3 TV was being relaunched, he joined as Manager of a Sales Team and, in
1995, Tony became involved in GEPSA TV, launching and creating LOCAL MEDIA, the most
important local Television Network in Spain.

Professional Experience
He has a Law Degree and an MBA Master’s in Business Administration and Management from
the School of Industrial Organisation (EOI), Madrid.
His entire career has been devoted to the sphere of Human Resources. His first position was in
AMENA (1999-2002) performing Selection and Development functions, and later, in the AUNA
GROUP, as a Specialist in Human Resources in the areas of Organisation, Internal
Communication, Compensation and Policies (2002-2005). As HR Manager in
ORANGE/FRANCE TELECOM, he took on the role of Head of HR Operations, Mobility and
HR Business Partners Coordination (2005-2008).
During his career, he has worked on a number of takeovers/mergers: Amena and Auna
(giving rise to the AUNA GROUP), due diligence in Amena (splitting away from the Auna
Group), the integration of AMENA into FRANCE TELECOM (Wanadoo and Uni2) and the
launch of the ORANGE brand in Spain (rebranding) and subsequent takeovers of YA.COM
and ALPI.

Motivational and work personality analysis
We assess and evaluate not only the technical knowledge for the job, but also motivational

Preparing references
We ask for references from their old hierarchical supervisors in order to check our

Presentation of candidates
After an exhaustive search, the client is presented with a selection of the most suitable
