Student Comments…
I found many books to read from other kids book talks.
I like book talks because they help me become more comfortable speaking in front of the class.
I liked having recommendations from people my own age.
One of my favorite parts of class. I wish we got to do them more.
I liked it because some of the books people talked about made me actually want to read them.
(Liam)
I did not like giving book talks because I hate standing in front of people and talking, but it really
did help me mostly get over my fear of that.
I liked being able to learn about new books, but it can be very nerve racking sometimes.
I got most of my books from books talks so I didn't have to worry about finding books to read.
