Every operating system, whether Windows, Linux, or Macintosh have command, which guide the owner operator about the system they are using, cores, memory, processor, hardware, software, etc. They system I am using is Apple Mac OS Sierra Version 10.12.1, as displayed below.
Not being familiar with OS, I had difficulty finding out where to click and run command system_profiler, so the hardware and software information can be retrieved. Finally, after good research online, it was just the matter of clicking on system icons to get information (with more than one way).
So, on Mac OS, one can either go under Application folder and click on Utilities folder and once that opens up just click on System Information. Another way of getting on this page is to click on the Apple Menu on top left corner. Just click About This Mac and then click System Report.
Once the profiler is open, one can view information on three different contents of the system, Hardware, Network, and Software. The Hardware information is copy/paste below:

But, what if instead the notebook was itself the final product that communicated the results of a data science team's efforts in a lasting format? In this talk, I'll show how O'Reilly Media is using Jupyter to create a variety of media (books, articles, and new kinds of code+video+text hybrids) and cover some of the lessons learned.

Using these tools, casual DBAs can conduct automated experiments today, either on AWS EC2 Spot instances or on any other servers. notebooks, and setting up a jupyter hub is a complex endeavour that involves many steps. The instructions
found online for setup often have to be customized for different operating systems, and there is not one
source that covers all aspects of setup. This paper describes the details of setting up a jupyter hub
environment on a server running CentOS 7, and includes a discussion of lessons learned from using this
system in data science classes.

A "dim sum" (light sampling) of core technologies which everyone who considers themselves a "technocrat" should have some understanding and appreciation. Since there's a lot to cover, each topic will move pretty quickly, keeping the descriptions at a conceptual level.
Lessons learned while building Omroep.nl
This document provides lessons learned from building the Dutch public broadcasting company's website omroep.nl. Key points include using Ruby on Rails, BDD with RSpec and Cucumber, caching everything possible, rescuing errors, testing extensively, and handling large amounts of external data from various XML/RSS feeds and APIs. Performance was optimized through techniques like moving static assets to a front proxy, page caching, fragment caching, and using Memcache. The team of 6 people built the CMS from scratch over 6 months.
Project proposal of Library Management System.
This document proposes developing a Library Management System to computerize operations at the State University of Bangladesh library. A team of 3 students will create the system using Java and MySQL. It will allow users to search for books and members, add/remove books and user profiles, and perform book check-outs and returns. The current manual system is inefficient, so the new system aims to streamline operations, reduce errors, and provide fast reporting of library data and transactions. A feasibility analysis found the technical requirements could be met and costs would be low compared to continuing the existing manual processes.

USING JUPYTERHUB IN THE CLASSROOM: SETUP AND LESSONS LEARNED
Jupyter notebooks, formerly known as iPython notebooks, are widely used for data analysis and other
areas of scientific computing. Notebooks can contain formatted text, images, LaTeX formulas, as well as
code that can be executed, edited and executed again. A jupyter hub is a multi-user server for jupyter
notebooks, and setting up a jupyter hub is a complex endeavour that involves many steps. The instructions
found online for setup often have to be customized for different operating systems, and there is not one
source that covers all aspects of setup. This paper describes the details of setting up a jupyter hub
environment on a server running CentOS 7, and includes a discussion of lessons learned from using this
system in data science classes.
