Committee Reports: Nominating Committee YTD Accomplishments 2 conference calls held 2 blasts sent out by Alumni Office for solicitation 39 nominations came in Individual and personal solicitations completed 8 open seats and 7 incumbents
Committee Reports: Nominating Committee Planned Actions Confirm candidacy of all and receive all applications by 09/30/11 Finalize slate of Candidates to the Board for Approval via email  by 10/15/11 Hold the election from late November through December 2011

Committee Reports:  Regional Engagement Summer Study:  Reviewed concept paper by John Gownley on restructuring clubs and committees to strengthen recruitment and retention. Obtained feedback from club presidents. 2.  Fall Activities: Refine above concepts based on club leader and Board feedback. Review findings from Alumni Department study when complete. Incorporate above into Regional Engagement Implementation plan. Determine if correlation exists between Board outreach to accepted students and enrollment. Consider opportunities related to current students, their parents and local alumni clubs.

Committee Reports:  Benefits & Services Strategic Plan Support efforts to generate additional revenue thru current/new affinity programs.  Continue to support existing affinity programs; identify additional promotional opportunities. Thru Alumni Small Business Initiative, provide opportunities for alumni to partner with Alumni Society to help market their products. Explore option of placing travel program with a national travel agency to  broaden scope offer more trips increase alumni participation generate higher revenue
Committee Reports:  Benefits & Services 2011 Accomplishments Continuing contact with 2 primary partners : B of A and Liberty Mutual Met with B of A rep to discuss continued relationship and 2013 changes New Liberty Mutual financial package  was approved  Revised policy on accepting website partners Cleaned up current offerings With help of Marketing Committee, developed program for monthly promotion of alumni benefits using Royal News email blasts
