1. Chair Updates 
 Welcomed everyone to the call 
 Board meetings are opened to all Alumni 
 A lot of updates with the Centre 
1. Greg Dipasquale has taken over as the Executive Director for Ken Hartung effective July 
2. Allie Stalter has taken a role as the Director of Corporate Partnerships and is in Athens 
 Shared goals for upcoming year 
1. Build brand, value, and involvement of TSCAS 
2. Relaunch Coach and Candidate program 
3. Advance membership 
4. Successful Alumni Weekend 
5. Advance newly formed Corporate Advancement division 
6. Continue to advance fundraising and Philanthropy efforts 
 New by-laws were reviewed and voted in 
o First update since 2007

 Bob Fenner was formally voted in as Chair 
 Reviewed the 2014-2015 Updated Organization Chart, new positions, and division changes

 Reviewed the additional of the Alumni Advisory Board 
o Created to keep previously involved with the Society in an advisory role 
o Will vote in during the next board call

 Recapped Upcoming Events 
 OU Home Opener Football Game on Saturday 9/20

 Interview Dates for Candidates – September 10th – 12th 
o Hotels and meals provided for Alumni 
o Changing the way interviews are done to increase quality and make sure we’re not missing high student potential candidates 
 Coach and Candidate will launch on September 17th 
 Alumni Exp. Weekend – date to be set for April 
 Other events will be scheduled 
2. Sales Centre Update from Students 
 Laurel Monroe (Chair) and Zach Ernstoff (Vice-Chair) provided an update on what’s new with The Schey 
Key Updates included:
1. Rebranding the look and feel of The Schey 
2. Huge focus on recruiting and upcoming interviews 
3. Increasing social media presence 
The program has added 6 new corporate partners recently. All updates on job posting will be posted in the LinkedIn Alumni Society Group. 
3. Division Updates 
Corporate Advancement Division, Kyle Neff, Vice-Char 
 Newly branded division (from PSAB) to focus on how we leverage and grow the Alumni connection with Corporate Partners 
 Two new positions created: 
o Recruiting Director 
o Networking Director 
Candidate Advisory Council Division, Allie Stalter, Vice-Chair 
 Huge effort on Coach and Candidate Relaunch 
o Alumni board members get first priority to be a coach – must be 3 years out of OU 
o Please let us know if you’re interested in being a coach 
o Allie will act as on-site campus advocate for program 
o Training program to be released 
 New* Sponsors Program (formerly Friends Program and Real Product Club) 
o Students will be given a “quota” to raise money for the program 
o Donations will be tax deductible 
o Expect calls asking you to be a sponsor! 
 Goals for division: 
o 40 Alumni at Alumni Experience weekend 
o 30 C & C successful matches that complete the program 
o $5,000 raised for philanthropy
