After blowing your nose place some neosporin right on
the inside edge of your nose, not up your nose and let
the capillary action pull it up. This was recomended to
me by my ENT after I had sergery to help heal any
cracks thus cutting down nosebleeds. Note: Putting
neosporin, vicks vapor rubs or even just vaseline in
your nose reportedly can cause lipoid pneumonia.

dramatically cut down on how distorted you fingers will
be and will naturally shed off once you get back. Note if
you tend to pick at nail polish etc.. this won't really

Crews (body stuff only & thank them for
cleaning up our shit)
Only Single-ply toilet paper in Porto's - One year a
worker got his neck cut open by something sharp that
cut though the vacuum tube... that's right raw sewage
in directly into his neck. Also think to give them a cold
beverage or some other gift to say thanks for dealing
with all of our shit (pun intended)!
