The Blue Brain Project is a Swiss brain research initiative that aims to create a digital reconstruction of rodent and eventually human brains by reverse-engineering mammalian brain circuitry.
The Virtual brain or machine which can function like human brain, which would work even after death of the human is called the blue brain.
Under this topic I would basically cover the functionalities of the blue brain, its advantages and disadvantages, what actually a virtual brain is etc.
Many research work is going under this field and expected to release after 2020 approx. This is a new science technology. For this, we should have a good knowledge of the brain and its internal parts along with their functions. Basically, this is being done to upload human brain into machine so that we need to take no effort for thinking or remembering. Even after death, the virtual brain will act as a man.
Blue brain –The name of the world’s first virtual brain. That means a machine that can function as human brain. Today scientists are in research to create an artificial brain that can think, response, take decision, and keep anything in memory. The main aim is to upload human brain into machine. So that man can think, take decision without any effort. After the death of the body, the virtual brain will act as the man .So, even after the death of a person we will not loose the knowledge, intelligence, personalities, feelings and memories of that man that can be used for the development of the human society. No one has ever understood the complexity of human brain. It is complex than any circuitry in the world. So, question may arise “Is it really possible to create a human brain?” The answer is “Yes”. Because what ever man has created today always he has followed the nature. When man does not have a device called computer, it was a big question for all .But today it is possible due to the technology. Technology is growing faster than everything. IBM is now in research to create a virtual brain. It is called Blue brain. If possible, this would be the first virtual brain of the world.
With the advancement in technology, human, the ultimate source of information and discovery should
also be preserved. In other words, human is does not live for thousands of years but the information in his mind
could be saved and used for several thousands of years. The technology helpful in this activity is Blue Brain.

Observability Concepts EVERY Developer Should Know -- DeveloperWeek Europe.pdfPaige Cruz
Monitoring and observability aren’t traditionally found in software curriculums and many of us cobble this knowledge together from whatever vendor or ecosystem we were first introduced to and whatever is a part of your current company’s observability stack.
While the dev and ops silo continues to crumble….many organizations still relegate monitoring & observability as the purview of ops, infra and SRE teams. This is a mistake - achieving a highly observable system requires collaboration up and down the stack.
I, a former op, would like to extend an invitation to all application developers to join the observability party will share these foundational concepts to build on:

Securing your Kubernetes cluster_ a step-by-step guide to success !KatiaHIMEUR1
Today, after several years of existence, an extremely active community and an ultra-dynamic ecosystem, Kubernetes has established itself as the de facto standard in container orchestration. Thanks to a wide range of managed services, it has never been so easy to set up a ready-to-use Kubernetes cluster.
However, this ease of use means that the subject of security in Kubernetes is often left for later, or even neglected. This exposes companies to significant risks.
In this talk, I'll show you step-by-step how to secure your Kubernetes cluster for greater peace of mind and reliability.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

The man is called intelligent because of the Brain, but we lose the knowledge of a brain when the body is destroyed after the death .
Humans does not live for thousands of Years but the information in his mind could be saved and used for several thousands of years.
the very first thought that comes to anyone who is not aware of this new technology is
why is this called blue brain?
why not choose some other color?
The reason is
the data is collected from different neuron types and the simulation among them is carried out on a blue gene super computer
Means a machine that can function as human brain, so that it can think, and make decisions without the presence of a human body.
Virtual brain may be a better solution for it
Electron microscope provides a limited depth level for a brain cells studies and nano tech microscope outputs samples of brain tissue in mere few hours. In depth, simulation of a small area of a brain construct molecule by molecule has been created and has re-constructed various results from real brains.
2. RT NEURON”, which is helpful to learn the operation of neurons and synapses.
Each neuron forms about 1,000 connections with other neurons, amounting to more than a trillion connections.
Human brain is a highly organized system , Not even engineers have come close for making circuit boards and computers as delicate and precise as the nervous system hence digital reconstruction and simulation is possible
Rat has similar structure to humans but contains 10k neurons as compared to humans 60k neurons, simulation needs a powerful supercomputer
low-power silicon chips that mimic the electrical activity of neurons.
During this process small brain tissue is collected, the shape and electrical behaviour of the individual neuron is fetched with the help of microscope or patch clamping method
data simulation is to create virtual cell using various algorithms that will describe and define the real neurons. “Blue brain project-software development kit” is a set of API, a C++ library wrapped up in python and java. This allows researchers to check virtual cell sample, use and simulate. “NEURON” is the primary software used for the neural simulations.
#the human is been simulated depending upon the age, species, disease stage on the basis of which the algorithms are adapted.
3.The output from simulation is fetched by “rt neuron software” and deliver them in 3D.,which is helpful to learn the operation of neurons and synapses. RT NEURON is the application used by Blue Brain project for visualization of the neural simulations [2]. It is coded using in C++ and OpenGL by the BBP team internally .
The data is collected from different neuron types and the simulation among them is carried out on a blue gene super computer
These robots are small enough to travel through out our circulatory system
providing a complete readout of the connections between each neuron.
nanobots that can be injected using an ordinary hypodermic syringe, according to a new release
Each robot has a 70-micron length, which is about the width of a thin human hair, and a million can be produced from a single 4-inch silicon composite wafer.
Endomyccorhizae like interface
Key points on blue gene supercomputer reach operating speeds in the petaFLOPS range
low power consumption
1.The representation shows the part of the brain which has been modeled using a supercomputer
3.The atlas fills the gap of cell numbers for 96% of brain regions.
It provides neuroscientists with a unique insight into the cellular composition of the mouse brain
New data will be used to further improve both the next iteration of the Cell Atlas and its validation.
that aims to create a digital reconstruction of rodent and eventually human brains by reverse-engineering mammalian brain circuitry.
Started in 2005
Man can become the addicted slave of this new technology and would also start exploiting it for its illegal use
Technical knowledge can be used against us. People will start fearing new technologies as it is evident with respect to human cloning.
The blue brain project, if implemented successfully, would indeed change many things around us .Hence, the whole idea is that mental illness, memory and perception triggered by neurons and electric signals could be soon treated with a supercomputer that models all the 1,000,000 million synapses of brain.
Human brain is complex than any circuitry in the world. And we are able to scan ourselves in the computer in near future. The only serious threats raised are also overcome as we note the combination of biological and digital technologies. Despite all the problems and complexity faced in the implementation of this project, it is predicted that the project will be capable by the year 2023
