This document outlines plans for a blood donation camp at Kingston University. It will aim to help the National Blood Service by organizing a successful blood drive and raising awareness of the importance of donation. The project assumes 1,000 donors and 30 volunteers. Success will be measured by the number of donors, volunteers recruited, and units of blood collected. The scope involves designing marketing materials, recruiting and training staff, and providing hospitality. Key stakeholders are Kingston University, the National Blood Service, and the organizing agency. Risks and contingencies will also be analyzed.
