go-to source for the latest how-tos, guides, tips, tricks,
inspiration, and latest features in the world of Shoutlet
in order to inspire our customers to be more
confident using our software to successfully manage
their social communities

Game Plan
Post Content three times/week that falls
under one of four categories:
1. Technical How-Tos: Step by step guides for using the Shoutlet platform
2. Tips and Tricks: What customers might want to know about posting content, running
contests, analyzing feedback, etc. with Shoutlet
3. New Features: New features or updates in Shoutlet worthy of sharing
4. Shoutlet Stories: Catch-all category where we can share customer examples, case
studies, new resources, etc.

Game Plan
What to expect:
1. Each member of the CEG team will be responsible for one post every six to eight weeks.
2. Those responsible for a post will send to Elisa on Friday before the week they will be
posted to ensure enough time for proofing
3. Elisa will post on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week
4. First posts will be due Friday, October 25
5. Google Doc with posting calendar and sign-up sheet
6. Tone of Blog
The tone of the blog will be:
1. Less formal than the main Shoutlet blog
2. Less strict in terms of content
1. Can be repurposed
2. Doesn’t need to be long
3. Less thought leadership, more technical guidance
