Laser blepharoplasty is a minimally invasive procedure to correct eye bags and dark shadows using an ultra pulsed CO2 laser. It evaporates excess fat under the eyes through a small incision made by the laser, avoiding cuts and sutures. This allows for a quick recovery time of a few days with moderate swelling and minimal irritation. excessive fat is made through a small window made with

3. Dark circles sagging may be corrected during
the same blepharoplastprocedure using the fat
extracted from the eye bags to fill the sagging in
a procedure known as fat grafting. The
processed fat is injected via fine blunt cannulas
or is deposited underneath the skin, achieving a
natural looking “rise” of the sagged region.
Using one’s fat instead of a filling synthetic
material eliminates the possibility of an allergic
reaction and the same effect is obtained in
terms of duration and aesthetics.
This is an ambulatory procedure lasting less
