Planning and optimization (3G)
Responsibility:-
• Responsible for log file analysis and post processing of log files with help of Assistance 2.01.
• Pilot pollution removal with the help of log-files.
• WCDMA SCFT report with RSCP, Ec/Io Plot submit to customer.
• Soft handover overhead, Channelization code, scrambling code.

• New site planed on the basis of to fill coverage issue.

3. Planning and optimization (2G)
• Interface with Customer- Handling all customer related issues from Traffic Distribution, work progress.
• Adept at managing day to day administrative functions & Technical administration in co-ordination with
internal / external departments for smooth operations.

• Responsible for nominal planning of 200 sites (Highway & Rural) of BSNL MP.
• Acceptance Testing done and clearance certificate received in accordance new Schedule for GSM phase

BCCH, CI, HSN, MAIO and coverage plot.
• Responsible for Report Generation of the pre drive & post drive - This included taking out Drive plots
of both RX Lev and RX Qual and also analysis the various parameters in graphical form.
• Handle team in such manner so that complete more work with low cost.
• Responsible for OMC-R activity from RF end to solve out the problem of drive tester on field.
