WCDMA(3G)
• 3G KPI analysis such as RRC Setup success rate, RAB setup Success rate, CS & PS call drop rate,
HSDPA call drop rate, throughput, BLER, coverage, call setup success time etc.
• 3G RF Database planning for New Site of ROB Circle.
• Analysis of Drive test data with TEMS and Reporting of RF and Network Problems like Pilot
Pollution, Bad Coverage area, Drop Calls, Access Failures, Handover Problems (Intra
Frequency, Inter Frequency & IRAT), and Low Throughput etc.
• RF Related Parameters such as timer, HO events & physical channels, power controls etc.
• HSDPA & HSUPA special channels & its functions.
• Dump verification and Alarms monitoring.
• Good understanding of signal trace to analyze the access issue, HO issue etc.
• Cluster & Market optimization in terms of Coverage, Neighbors and throughput.
• Physical configurations and default parameter tuning
LTE:
• Good understanding of signaling in LTE system & utilizes the same for resolving typical
issues.
• Overall understanding of LTE network functions & important entities of the network.
• Sound knowledge of LTE frame structure, implication of sub-frame, TTI & different
features that helps in achieving higher throughput & Lower latency.

• Identifying, resolving all coverage and RF design deficiencies.
