• Drive Test: Collection of Live Network Data like Rx quality, Rx Level etc using TEMS INVESTIGATION Tool and
analyzing the performance of network by drive tests.
• Analysis of Drive Test Data and taking necessary corrective measures, like neighbor addition and deletion.
• Making the SCFT drive for new sites and clearing the problem if found.

• Troubleshooting areas with poor RF performance. Requesting for drive tests, data analysis and recommending
network changes as applicable. Taking the onus of Optimization of UMTS sites based on RSCP, Ec/no, Pilot pollution,
Missing neighbours, Soft Handovers and IRAT Handovers using drive test data.
• Accountable for performing Drive Test and Drive test data analysis for parameters like Coverage, Quality, Handovers,
Call failures.
• Checking of 3G network health on major routes and preparing first hand report with regards to the problems facing
and submitting the report.
Responsibilities in 2G :
• Monitoring daily reports and Analysis the TCH Assignment, Handover Failure, TCH Drop, SD Drop KPI’s & find out the
poor performing Cells & improve the cells.
• Recommendation of RF Specifications of the Sites including Antenna height and tilt to meet the coverage objectives.
• Analyze the Network, which involves analysis of RX Quality, Rx Level etc, and Re-Planning of RF parameters in
problematic areas accordingly.
• Zero calls monitoring daily basis.
• Creating the Reports for final submission.
• Making the SCFT drive for new sites and clearing the problem if found.
• Maintaining QOS of the Network during High capacity events.
• Attend Customer Complain and Resolve Issues.
• Pre check of the new upcoming site parameter and neighbours.
• Find out the GPRS sleeping cells and take the requisite action on this.
