(Gujarat) Operator.
 Circle SPOC for Pabis Implementation in NSN systems.
 Circle SPOC for 2nd E1 / Dedicated E1 implementation.
 Monitoring and Analyzing daily NBH-BBH Reports for KPIs like TCH/SD
Blocking, Call success rate, Call Drop Rate, Hand-Over Success Rate, DL/UL
Quality, Cell Utilization etc. and suggesting proper changes or come up with
root cause analysis for the poor KPI’s.
 Worked On DFCA unit of NSN BTS which is used for Dynamic Frequency
channel allocation for improving site’s Performance.
 Parametric optimization activity after analysis of daily KPI reports.

network reports.

such as BCCH plot, Coverage plot, Quality plot and C/I plot, cluster plots etc.

 Planningand implement for New TRX addition and deletion activity to sustain
site’s performance and KPI in proper way.
 Working on NSN Flexi 300 BSC for basic activities (Alarm removal, Block –TRX,
site status) on daily bases even provide the data to clear service
affecting/Hardware alarms to BSS team after analyzing daily Active alarms of
BTSs of all 3 BSCs.
 Coverage, frequency and capacity planning according to the necessity.
 Primary verification of drive data and taking necessary corrective measures,
like Neighbor list addition and interference analysis.
 Prioritize hardware faults to meet customer demands within the required time
frame along with analysis, solution and reports the same.
 Resolution of customer complaints within required time frame.
 Planning of new sites on the basis of customer complaints data.
 Analyzing interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Error in Connection,
Channel reselections, Rx Quality, Rx level etc. and generating Rx Level &
Quality Plots using MapInfo.

 Completed the 2G Tata Docomo Project on Huawei equipments/BTS.
